North Carolina tall case clock housed in a dark painted wooden case with scrolling broken-arch pediment, turned columns and decorative floral painted accents. The painted dial features Roman numerals, floral decoration, a small landscape scene and eagle motif. Includes weights as photographed. An attractive Southern tall-case clock retaining a strong early painted surface and considerable age-related wear.
